What gets logged

The site sits behind Cloudflare, which keeps ordinary server logs (IP address, browser, pages requested) for a short period for abuse protection. There are no analytics scripts, no ad networks and no social media pixels on any page. Fonts come from Google Fonts, which sees your IP address when it serves the font files. That is the whole list.

Accounts

Accounts are handed out by email. When you ask for one we keep the address you wrote from and the username you asked for. No phone number, no real name unless you put it in your posts. The member list is never shared with anyone.

Posts

Posts are public and other members may quote them. To edit or remove one of your posts, write to the contact address from the email your account was set up with and say which post. Quotes of your post inside other members' answers stay, since they are part of that member's post.

Cookies

The public pages set no cookies of our own. Cloudflare may set its security cookie.
